The AccessibleNet Story

A project dedicated to bringing real change to the web for people with disabilities worldwide

In 2001, Butler New Media was an innovative start-up with a desire to educate people worldwide about the issues that people with disabilities face when using the World Wide Web and Online Resources. Since our inception we have had the opportunity to perform web accessibility work for numerous Government And Corporate Clients which include the U.S. Department of Labor, Georgia Tech, and many more. The company is now full service marketing and communications firm dedicated to helping businesses reach the disability community.

The AccessibleNet project has been more than seven years in the making. It has been designed to deal with a major issue facing the disability community, the lack of accessible websites online. This hinders the ability of people with disabilities to fully participate in the digital economy.
